Need something a little extra to bulk out your meal? Look no further than this yummy Herbed Beer Bread. It’s really easy to make, tastes great and is finished in less than 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 200°C and grease a cake tin of your choice.
Combine the flour, salt, sugar, herbs and cheese. Make a well in the middle and add the beer. Stir to combine. Pour into the tin and bake for 30 minutes.
Melt the butter. Drizzle the top of the loaf with the butter and salt if you wish. Return to the oven for a further 15 minutes until golden. Cool on a wire rack.
