Half Shell Lime, Chilli and Garlic Mussels

 ½ kg Green Lip Mussels in the shell
 ¼ cup Garlic Paste
 100 g Softened Butter
 2 tbsp Mrs Rogers Chilli and Lime Salt Medium Grinder

Clean the mussels and remove any beards. Starting at the hinge, slice the shell open, cutting the mussel in half with the shell.

Mix the garlic paste, butter and chilli and lime salt together. Place 1 teaspoon of the butter mixture in each shell half.

Fry the mussels by flipping the open side downwards for 2-3 minutes until the mussel is cooked and crispy around the edge. Serve.
