Easy Peasy Aioli

This Easy Peasy Aioli is great to have in the back of your head as it goes so nicely with any seafood, Turkish bread or even a dip for sliced vegetables.

This Easy Peasy Aioli is great to have in the back of your head as it goes so nicely with any seafood, Turkish bread or even a dip for sliced vegetables.

 Easy Peasy Aioli
 Use 1 cup of the Egg Mayonnaise
 2 tsp Mrs Rogers Organic Garlic Powder
 Good squeeze of Lemon Juice
Mix and let sit for at least 30 minutes for the flavours to combine.
Whole Egg Mayonnaise
 1 large Egg, room temp
 1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
 1/4 tsp Mrs Rogers Sea Salt
 2 tsp Mrs Rogers Mustard Powder (or whole mustard seeds)
 1 cup Rice Bran Oil

Add the egg to a food processor and blend for 15 seconds. Add the mustard, vinegar and salt and process for another 15 seconds.

While the food processor is going, slowly drizzle the oil in. Stop the oil if it starts to separate and keep blending until it comes together. Keep going until all of the oil is blended in. Taste and see if extra salt is required.
