 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
 1 tsp Butter, room temperature Milk
 ½ tsp Mrs Rogers Kashmiri Masala Powder
 Mrs Rogers Sea Salt Medium Grinder, to taste
 Mrs Rogers Black Peppercorns, to taste
NOTE: To hard boil eggs, boil for 10 minutes. Drain and cool in cold water.

De-shell eggs. Cut in half long ways. Remove the yolk and press through a sieve into a small bowl.

Add the butter, masala powder a little salt and pepper and press together with a spoon. Add a little milk and combine. Keep adding milk until a smooth consistency is reached. Taste. Add more salt and/or pepper if needed.

Fill the egg with a rounded teaspoon of the mix. Chill and serve.
