Curry Cheeseball

A good favourite Kiwi nibble is a Curry Cheeseball made with Mrs Rogers Organic Curry Powder of course!

 250g Cream Cheese
 2 tsp Mrs Rogers Organic Curry Powder
 1-2 Tbsp Sweet Fruit Chutney
 2 tsp Mrs Rogers Onion Flakes
 1 Tbsp Sherry or Brandy (optional)
 1 cup grated Tasty Cheese
 1 cup chopped Salted Peanuts

Mix the cream cheese, curry powder, chutney, onion flakes, sherry and cheese together until completely combined.

Using cling wrap, put half of the peanuts on top of the wrap and place the cheese ball on top of the peanuts. Use the rest of the peanuts over the top of the cheeseball and use the wrap to coat the ball in peanuts. Pull together and chill in the fridge until needed.

NOTE: Make this in advance so the flavours intensify.
