Creamy Prawn with Zucchini Ribbons

This yummy Creamy Prawn and Zucchini Ribbons dish is the next meal you need to try in our Quick Meals with Mrs Rogers series.

 500 g Prawns
 Drizzle of oil
 1 cup Cream
 1 Onion, finely sliced
 2 tsp Garlic, minced or finely sliced
 2 tsp Mrs Rogers Kiwi Roast Medium Grinder, ground
 2 Zucchinis
 12 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
 1 cup sliced Mushrooms

In a medium heat frying pan, drizzle the oil and fry the onions until they start to brown. Add the garlic, Kiwi Roast, and mushrooms and continue to cook.

Slice the zucchinis using a peeler to make long strips (if you have a vegetable noodle maker you can use this). Add the zucchini ribbons, cherry tomatoes and prawns. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the cream and stir. Continue to cooker a further 2-3 minutes until the prawns turn orange. Serve.
