Want to make a homemade gift but don’t have time to cook anything. Make this Spiced Hot Chocolate Mix using Mrs Rogers traditional Christmas spices like nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger. Hang a cute Christmas decoration off the jar and this gift suddenly becomes perfect for all those teachers out there.
Sieve the cocoa powder, icing sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger into a bowl and stir to combine. Place the powder into the jar. Add the vanilla pod and top with mini marshmallows. Decorate the jar with a Christmas decoration or a few cinnamon sticks and print out the following recipe:
To make 1 cup of Spiced Hot Chocolate:
Add 2 tablespoons of the Christmas Spiced Hot Chocolate Mix to 1 cup of milk. Heat, top with the marshmallows and enjoy!
