Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding

Craving something warming, a little bit decadent and a whole lot of delicious? Then this Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding is perfect for you!

Chocolate Pudding
 1/2 Mrs Rogers Chocolate base (205g of the mix)
 1 egg
 1/2 cup milk
 45g butter, melted
 150g your choice of chocolate (I used 50%)
 1 1/2 cups boiling water

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C fan bake. Lightly grease a baking dish with butter.

Empty half of the Mrs Rogers C hocolate Base mix into a large mixing bowl (205g).

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry mix. Fold together until combined. Transfer batter into the greased baking dish.

Cut the chocolate into small pieces and transfer to a deep bowl. Pour boiling water over chopped chocolate. Stir until chocolate has melted and mixed in with the boiling water. Hold the back of a spoon over the baking dish and pour the chocolate sauce over the back of the spoon.

Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Serve immediately with ice cream or cream.
