Chinese Pork Spring Rolls

2019 is the Chinese Year of the Pig and what a great excuse to make these yummy and easy Chinese Pork Spring Rolls. The kids might even give you a hand! And just in case you didn't know, in China, pigs say 'hu-lu hu-lu' not 'oink oink.'

 1 tbsp Oil
 1 Pork Loin or Steak
 2 Carrots, finely grated
 ¼ Wombok Cabbage
 ½ tsp Mrs Rogers Chinese Five Spice
 ¼ cup Dark Soy Sauce
 1 tsp Minced Garlic
 1 tsp Lime Juice
 1 tsp Honey
 10 -12 Rice Paper Wraps

Slice the pork into thin strips. Heat the oil in a frypan and add the garlic and Chinese five spice. Fry until fragrant. Add the pork and toss in the spice mix. Add the soy, lime juice and honey and stir. Cook the pork until just cooked and soft. Remove from the heat and add the carrot and womb and stir to combine. Set aside.

Soak each rice wrap, one at a time, for 20-30secs in warm water. Place the wrap on a damp, clean tea towel and place 2 tablespoons of the mix in the middle of the wrap. Fold the top over the pork mix and stick the wrap to itself. Then fold in the sides and tightly roll the wrap until it creates a roll.

Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
