American Style Vegan ‘Cheese’ Sauce
American Style Vegan ‘Cheese’ Sauce is perfect for when you need some Mac’n Cheese and want it vegan! Believe it or not, it tastes really great!
180g Potatoes, peeled and diced
1 small Carrot (approx. 70g), peeled and diced
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Yeast Flakes
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Mrs Rogers Pink Himalayan Salt
1/2 tsp Mrs Rogers Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Mrs Rogers Onion Powder
Boil the carrots and the potatoes until soft. Drain and add them into your blender. Add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
NOTE: Will last in the fridge for 4-5 days.
