For BBQ steak, rub meat with a little olive oil and grind over a liberal serving of Seasoned Pepper both sides. Heat BBQ or frying pan to high heat and cook to your liking, turning once.
Always let the meat rest before slicing.
Avoid use over steam to avoid clogging and prolong the life of the product. I recommend grinding into the lid while closed then sprinkle into your dish.
