Suggested Uses
Mix with a little brown sugar and sprinkle onto fish for the smoker, add to crumbs for pan fried fillets, or into fish cake for extra flavour. A versatile blend that won’t over-power delicate fish, prawns and seafood, and perfect for vegetable dishes.
