A truly local inspired flavour to accent your favourite BBQ or roast meats, lamb, fish and veges. Peppery with herb flavours, and Kiwi ingredients; unrefined Marlborough sea salt, Horopito for a peppery kick and herbaceous Kawakawa.

Suggested Uses

Sprinkle liberally and rub onto lightly oiled lamb leg, shanks or ribs for smoking. Use on seared steaks, game meats and vegetables, prefect for roasts and add flavour to stuffing and crumb coatings.
