Well loved herbaceous yet woody flavours, our combination of herbs is inspired by the best traditions of classic European cooking, made for Kiwi kitchens and is a simple way to add herbaceous flavour to any dish. It pairs beautifully with earthy root vegetables and mushrooms, sprinkled over roast chicken with salt & garlic or lemon, & especially in stuffing. Use in soups, stews & casseroles to add depth & perfect with savoury baking! Add at the beginning or near the end of cooking process.

Suggested Uses

Common in Kiwi cooking to add a herbaceous flavour.

Add to vinaigrettes and herb oils.

Combine with garlic and red wine for beef dishes or white wine for chicken and fish dishes.

Sprinkle over breads or mix into savoury scone mixture with a pinch of cayenne pepper and grated cheese.

Use as a substitute for the listed herbs of your recipe.
Use to accent flavour in eggs, soups, salad and rice.
