The aromatic flavour of authentic Italian Herbs adds a wonderful herbaceous flavour & aroma to most dishes.

Suggested Uses

◾Add to pasta sauces and sprinkle onto pizza.
◾Add to any dish for a herbaceous Italian flavour.
◾Add to lasagne or Bolognese sauce or meatballs.
◾For a simple dish, stir through pasta with olive oil and diced ripe tomatoes and torn fresh basil leaves.
◾Sprinkle onto tomatoes with salt, pepper and a little sugar before grilling.

Sprinkle over chicken or fish before baking.

The Variety

A classic mix of aromatic herbs. Blended in New Zealand to my own recipe, these Italian Herbs are a balanced combination of Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Rosemary with a touch of Garlic for richness and savoury flavour.
