    Suggested Uses

    Add to marinades for pork and chicken and rub over duck skin before roasting.
    Perfect for stir-fries with a dash of soy sauce or sprinkle over pork before grilling or BBQ.

    The Variety

    A mix of five ground spices, used in Chinese Cuisine. While there are many variations, my blend includes Anise, Cinnamon, Fennel, Cloves & Cassia for a warm, spicy flavour.
