 1 cup Greek Yoghurt
 2 Self Raising Flour (1/4 is for kneading)

 Mrs Rogers Himalayan Pink Salt Medium Grinder
 Mrs Rogers Kiwi Roast Medium Grinder
 Mrs Rogers Sesame Seeds
 Mrs Rogers Italian Herbs
 Tomato Sauce
 Cheese
 Pizza Toppings

Preheat oven to 200C fan-forced. In a mixing bowl, add the flour and the yoghurt. Mix together until a dough forms.

On a floured surface, knead the dough, adding more flour as needed, for 8-10 minutes until the dough becomes less sticky and elastic like.

Now you can make whatever you wish with the dough. Divide it into 4, make ‘snakes’, join the ends and paint with egg wash and sesame seeds to make bagels. Or roll out and make pizza! Cheese twists and pizza scrolls are easy too. Just have fun. Cook for 20 minutes depending on size of item i.e. if you have made bagels then cook them longer than you would cook the pizza.
