Peanut Butter Chilli Fudge Slice

We love inventing new recipes, especially when it involves peanut butter and chilli! Introducing Peanut Butter Chilli Fudge Slice, using our Chilli and Himalayan Salt. 

 1 packet Chocolate Cream Biscuits
 25 g melted Butter
 120 g Butter, at room temperature
 2 Icing Sugar
 ¾ cup Peanut Butter (crunchy or smooth, whatever you prefer)
 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Chilli and Himalayan Salt Medium Grinder

Smash the biscuits up either in a food processor or just in a plastic bag with a rolling pin. Drizzle the melted butter over the crumbs and stir until coated. You may need a little more butter depending on the amount of cream in the biscuits. In a cake tin or slice tray that has a removable bottom, push the biscuit mixture firmly down to make a solid biscuit base.

Using an electric beater, whip the room temperature butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Add the peanut butter and chilli and Himalayan salt to the mixture and whip until combined. Layer the butter mixture on top of the biscuit base and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour or until needed.
