Keto Cinnamon & Peanut Butter Cookies

 1 tbsp Mrs Rogers Cinnamon Ground
 1 cup Peanut Butter (no sugar or make your own)
 0.50 cup Xylitol
 1 Egg

Preheat oven to 175C. Make powdered xylitol by using a bullet machine or blender, by whizzing it for a minute. You are looking for an icing sugar consistency.

Mix the peanut butter (if you need to soften it in the microwave, thats fine), powdered xylitol and egg together to form a dough.

Make balls of the dough and place on a lined baking tray. Press down with a fork. Cook for 12-15 minutes until the edges start to brown.

Remove and let cool.
