Herbed Beer Bread

Yields1 Serving

This is a quick recipe that does not need to be left to rise for hours. The yeast in the beer and the self-raising flour allows the bread to rise.

2 Cans of your favourite beer
 3 Self-raising Flour
 3 tbsp White Sugar
 3 tbsp Mrs Rogers Rosemary
1 tbsp Mrs Rogers Garlic Salt
1

Preheat oven to 180°C

2

In a large bowl, mix rosemary, sugar and flour together. Add the beer and continue to mix. The mixture will thicken into a sticky dough and at this point get your hands in and mix the dough. Pour the dough into a loaf tin, sprinkle Garlic Salt evenly on top of the dough and bake for 50 minutes until golden and crunchy on top and soft in the middle.

3

Serve fresh and warm with homemade herb butter.
