Fresh Tomato Broth

 6 Large ripe tomatoes, quartered
 4 cups Chicken stock
 ½ tsp Mrs Rogers Garlic Pepper
 Pinch Mrs Rogers Salt and Chilli Pieces to taste
 1 tbsp Mrs Rogers Oregano

Place tomatoes and half of the stock into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture through a sieve and place in a saucepan with the remaining stock over a medium heat. Bring to the boil and simmer for approximately 8 minutes. Add the Mrs Rogers Garlic Pepper, Mrs Rogers Organic Sea Salt and oregano. Simmer for 2 minutes and serve in bowls with crusty bread.
