It's time for Quick Meals with Mrs Rogers, today we feature what we think is the YUMMIEST Chicken Stir-Fry!
Heat up your frying pan or skillet. Add half of the oil and the cumin and fry the chicken until just cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add the rest of the oil. Fry the onions, carrots, mushrooms and celery for 2 minutes. Add the cabbage and capsicum and cook for 1 minute with the lid on. Mix the soy sauce, sesame seeds, honey and water together and add the cornflour. When the vegetables are just starting to soften, add the chicken and the sauce and stir. Serve and enjoy :)
