CLOUD BREAD
 4 eggs
 4 tbsp Cottage Cheese, pushed through a sieve to remove lumps
 0.50 tsp Mrs Rogers Basil
 0.50 tsp Cream of Tartare
 A couple of grinds of Mrs Rogers Salt
SWEET CHICKEN MARINADE
 500 g Chicken Breast, finely sliced
 0.25 cup Caster Sugar
 1 tsp Mrs Rogers Paprika
 0.50 tsp Mrs Rogers Cumin Ground
 0.50 tsp Mrs Rogers Oregano
 0.50 tsp Mrs Rogers Salt
 0.50 tsp Mrs Rogers Pepper
 1 rounded tsp Garlic, crushed
 2 tbsp Rice Bran Oil

Preheat oven to 175C fan forced. Separate eggs and whip egg whites until hard.

Combine egg yolks, basil, cream of tartare and salt until completely mix in.

Fold egg yolk mixture into the egg white mixture using 1/3 at a time. Slowly fold the rest of the mixture in until all the yolk mixture is folded in.

On a lined baking tray, place spoonfuls of the mixture and spread to desired size. Make these as big or as little as you like depending on what you are going to use them for. Bake for 30 mins until golden and let cool on the tray.

SWEET CHICKEN MARINADE

Combine all ingredients and stir. Marinade for as long as you wish.

Fry chicken on a medium heat until cooked.
