WOW! Cloud Bread Chicken Burgers!
Preheat oven to 175C fan forced. Separate eggs and whip egg whites until hard.
Combine egg yolks, basil, cream of tartare and salt until completely mix in.
Fold egg yolk mixture into the egg white mixture using 1/3 at a time. Slowly fold the rest of the mixture in until all the yolk mixture is folded in.
On a lined baking tray, place spoonfuls of the mixture and spread to desired size. Make these as big or as little as you like depending on what you are going to use them for. Bake for 30 mins until golden and let cool on the tray.
Combine all ingredients and stir. Marinade for as long as you wish.
Fry chicken on a medium heat until cooked.
