Suggested Uses

Oregano is sometimes called wild marjoram as it is often confused with Marjoram, however it has a more pungent flavour.

    – Oregano gives a better flavour in meat dishes than marjoram, it gives a sweet spicy effect.
    – Add midway through cooking but extra quantities will be required to compensate for heat loss.
    – Oregano is widely used in tomato based dishes, on pizza, in pasta sauces, with vegetables and with cheese.
