My Harissa Rub is blended in small batches right here in New Zealand, from the finest globally sourced ingredients, for an authentic taste experience.

Ingredients: Spices (Caraway, Pepper, Paprika, Hot Smoked Paprika, Cumin, Coriander, Celery, Cayenne), Himalayan Salt, Sugar, Garlic, Mint

For Your Appreciation

My Harissa blend has a warming chilli kick but is not too overpoweringly hot. You can always add more chilli to your liking.

The warming caraway and cumin flavours work extremely well with lamb and beef or other rich red meats.

Add flavour to rice or cous cous dishes or North African tagines or stews.
