Fresh herbs give a nice fresh flavour. Use these at the end of cooking to keep maximum flavour or use as a garnish.

Dried herbs and spices are added earlier where the cooking process extracts the flavours. This gives a richer flavour throughout the dish. Dried herbs last much longer in your pantry too!

So….. Ideally have both on hand, dried herbs for a rich, full flavoured dish sprinkled with fresh herbs for that extra burst of flavour.
